What's Under Your Mask?
Yesterday I posted a blog about being stressed due to the number of projects I have 'on the go' at the moment. Just to clarify that doesn't mean that I am sad inside, if anything I am excited and happy, with a concerned exterior.
This tends to be the opposite of most people, who may feel stressed but are smiling on the outside:
If you feel this way you are NOT alone. A lot of people feel stressed but put on a brave face for the rest of the world.
However, by making the simple choice of being optimistic instead of pessimistic can work wonders on your happiness and success:

However, by making the simple choice of being optimistic instead of pessimistic can work wonders on your happiness and success:
Optimism and pessimism are about what we expect out of a given situation, and expectation always lives in the future as it has yet to happen. As none of us really know what will happen in the future it is always guesswork.
You have a CHOICE, to see this future outcome as positive or negative:
Your chances of success are greatly increased when you just realise your perception of an outcome can greatly alter it. Visualising a successful outcome has been proven to statistically make that eventuality more likely happen.
So remember it all comes down to a simple choice:

Don't Look At This...
...because once you see the image I am about to show you, it may never be possible to look at ducks again...well...without laughing that is.
I take NO responsibility for warping your perception of ducks and possibly other water loving birds:
HOWEVER...this does raise the question of "What are the ducks hiding?"
